Brave the cold and make a difference this winter – Action Mental Health’s annual Festive Splash is back!
Join us at our annual sea-dip fundraiser on 1st December at Crawfordsburn Beach as we gather our community together to take on a challenge and raise money for vital mental health services. Registration is just £15, and any further money you raise in sponsorship could help someone in your community to access the support they need. Make a splash for someone this Christmas.
