‘Provoking Thought’ workshops can be delivered in schools, youth clubs and community groups, for ages 11 – 25 and 25+ years. The aim of the workshop is to provide support in the area of mental and emotional wellbeing through a range of interactive and informative activities that are tailored to suit the group’s needs.

There is also scope within the Provoking Thought workshops, time permitting, to incorporate additional information on issues that are relevant to that group, e.g. part of the workshop could cover bullying. Bespoke sessions on a number of focus topics are also available. Our team will endeavour to cover all issues that group leaders feel would benefit the mental health and wellbeing of those under their care to highlight that early intervention is crucial as is knowledge of appropriate support should problems arise
