Makes 4 portions
150g mackerel (peppered fillets)
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp grain mustard
1 tbsp zest & juice Of lemon
1 tbsp Creme fraiche
2tsbp melted butter
Method
Flake mackerel then put into a mixing bowl, add the Creme fraiche, mustard, horseradish, lemon & half the butter, season, add chopped dill & put into jar, add clarified butter.
Serve with wheaten bread
